Twenty-five acres, hilltop to shore

Padel Court
Professionally built to international standards. The court is ready when you are.

Outdoor Pool & Deck
Sunloungers, gazebos, and a swim-to-bar on a vast deck that keeps a beach feel. We even left the rock in place. Sip, dip, or settle in for a foot massage by the water.

Sunrise & Sunset Treks
The land runs from hilltop to shore. Walk up for the first light; walk down for the last.

Farming
Something is always in the cycle. Join the planting or harvesting, or simply watch the rice turn green and the wheat turn gold. Monsoon brings rice; post-winter brings wheat; summer may bring corn or peanuts.

Cow Watching
Visit the gotha if you like. The cows and buffaloes enjoy company, and treats, and will often come running to greet you.

Horses
Meet Xena and Xerxes, our two resident rescue horses. They mostly mind their own business, but they don't mind a gentle greeting or a brush.

Bio Pond
A completely natural pond of fish, plants, and visiting birds. Too wild to swim in safely, and sometimes shared with the buffaloes, but as natural as it gets.

Turtle Spotting
On rare days a mature turtle basks on the shore before slipping away. Young Mickey is more likely to pop up and dart back under. Call for him if you like; the staff enjoy the game. Pond myth or not? Come and see.

Nature Trails
One wet, wild acre of berry trees and undergrowth. Gumboots and a staff member are wise. Peacocks roost here at night, and other creatures keep their own hours.

Lake Shore Walks
The property meets Lake Beale. Wander along the water at the foot of the hill.

Games Pavilion
Table tennis, carrom, snooker, chess, and a scatter of board games, puzzles, and small amusements. A good place to linger together.

Bonfires
Easily arranged. Bring guitars, voices (singing or not), and company.
Woodsy Play Trails
Still taking shape among the trees, a place to wander as it grows.
Cricket Nets
Softball practice for children and adults, tucked near the woodsy trails.
Tractor Rides
Request a short lesson, or simply ride.
Lazy River
Still in the making. If you have ideas, come walk the path with us and share them.
Fishing
Rods and nets are available. The pond is full of fish. If you catch something, we suggest returning it, unless you and Chef Singh agree on tilapia for dinner.
Electric Buggy Rides
Three buggies ready to take you up and down the long slope of the hill.
Yoga
Open spaces and quiet enclaves throughout the property.
Volleyball
A dusty court waiting for a match. Challenge the staff if you're feeling bold.
Library Lounge
Inside the pavilion: a mixed collection of old and newer books. Literature, psychology, cookery, self-development, Enid Blyton, and whatever else has found its way onto the shelves.
Kite Flying
Kites are available any day. No need to wait for the season.
Gym
Walker, rower, bike, and press bench for when you want them.
Stargazing
Binoculars are on hand. The hillside gives you the sky.
