X on Lake can welcome over a hundred people, in a generous mix of one grand villa, a party house, and twenty-five A-frame chalets scattered across the terraces, every one of them looking out over the lake.

The Villa

X, also known as Sunset on the Lake

This is the pièce de résistance: an award-winning five-bedroom villa of 15,000 square feet with its own infinity pool. It sleeps at least twenty-two and is made for family gatherings, celebrations, and the kind of private parties that need space and a view.

It is preferably booked directly through StayVista (search for “Sunset on the Lake”); they have poured real care into it.

The Chalets

All the A-frame chalets sit on terraces and open onto lake views

Farm Flutters

Each is spacious, with a private porch of roughly 400–500 square feet (40–50 m²). Most sleep two to four guests and offer either a king-size bed or two queen beds; the majority include a porch jacuzzi.

They are named in playful tribute to everything that grows on the farm:

Rooms 18–25

Sunset Strip

A row of lake-facing rooms that share an expansive 5,000-square-foot common infinity deck, the perfect place to linger as the light changes. Each room is about 40 m² (411 square feet), with a king-size bed (180 × 200 cm) plus a sofa-cum-bed, and comfortably sleeps two to four.

The party house

Moonbeams on Lake

A party house with its own little pool and a living room that looks straight out over the water. Four bedrooms, room for ten to sixteen people, depending on how you choose to play it. Big parties, smaller budgets: this one is for you.
